2024 Conferences Registration Instructions for Download

How to Register

All conferences use online registration through Cvent.

Each conference sets its own registration fees within the range of $130.00-$150.00 per person.  

Each registration will be assessed a non-refundable $10.00 processing fee.
Adjudication fees for each dance = $150.00.

Conference websites will be available in early September with detailed information on each conference. Check the list of Conferences for links to each website starting Wednesday, September 7, 2023.

If closed out of a conference, email the conference coordinator to be placed on the waitlist.

The following timelines have been created by the Board of Directors with the goal of providing the greatest opportunity for our Membership to attend a Regional Conference. Conferences fill up quickly; please register early. Registration is not complete until payment is received by the conference host.

IN-REGION MEMBER REGISTRATION OPENS ON
Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at 9:00 AM, Host School time zone for all other regions

Register only the number of participants you are committed to bringing. A $25.00 fee will be assessed on all cancelled registrations prior to payment. A $75.00 fee will be assessed on each adjudication spot cancelled prior to payment. There are no refunds on paid registrations.

October 13, 2023		Conference Coordinators provide current regional members the Regional Passcode
Wed.-Thur.
October 18-19, 2023		In-Region Member Registration (Regional Passcode)
Opens at 9:00 AM Local Time for the Conference
Friday,
October 20, 2023		ACDA National Office sends regions without conferences the passcodes to their neighboring regions.
Friday,
October 20, 2023		Regions without Conferences are able to register for their neighboring regional conferences as outlined below, based on space availability (Regional Passcode):
– Mid-Atlantic North region able to register for (9:00 AM ET):
Mid-Atlantic South, East-Central, Northeast Conferences
– New England region able to register for (9:00 AM ET):
Mid-Atlantic South, East-Central, Northeast Conferences
– West region able to register for (9:00 AM PT): 
Baja, South-Central, Northwest Conferences

October 24, 2023		ACDA National Office provides all ACDA current members with a National Passcode.
Wednesday, October 25, 2023All Regions Member Priority (National Passcode)

Wednesday, November 1, 2023Open Registration for Members and Non-Members and 2nd Conference Registrations – No limits; No Passcode Needed
(9:00 AM PT; 10:00 AM MT; 11:00 AM CT; 12:00 PM ET)

If you are an ACDA member or in the process of becoming an ACDA member and have not received a password at least two days before registration opens, contact the National Office at info@acda.dance. Please note that several conferences have a maximum cap on the number of student registrants per school. Caps are in effect through November 1st. Check the details on the conference website.

There are no refunds on registration fees.
