Step 1:  Submit Written Proposal Online

• Submit written proposal via Online Proposal Form, accessible on this page
• Proposal submissions will be accepted through 10/31/20

Step 2: Review of Written Proposal

• Proposals will be reviewed by a minimum of three reviewers including the Executive Director and selected Executive Committee and Board members using a standard rubric
• Notification date: within two weeks of receipt of proposal
• Should reviewers see the need for revisions, reviewer comments will be provided no later than two weeks of submission of the proposal
  • Deadline for resubmission: one week after receipt of comments

Step 3: Submit Schedule

• Proposed schedule of sessions with written descriptions of each session must be submitted by 12/15/20
• Blackout dates for presenters must be submitted by 12/15/20

Step 4: Submit Final Materials

• If applicable, final written materials must be submitted no later than three weeks prior to scheduled workshop
