Dance 2050: Collection of Current Work
Description: Dance 2050 is a growing group of dance educators who have met since 2012 to develop the DANCE2050 Vision Statement. While we are dedicated to future development of dance as a leader in higher education, we also realize that programs are constantly innovating and moving forward. The aim of DANCE2050 is to connect people within the world of dance in higher education, to provide a forum to share our work and gain access to a wide variety of strategies for keeping dance at the forefront of the changing environment in our institutions.

As part of advocating for the role of dance in higher education, we are soliciting examples of what is currently happening in Dance and/or related fields within particular themes of the Vision Statement. For more information, visit NDEO’s website on special topics.

This information will be collected, edited and made available online, including contacts for duplication and/or development of projects in this area. Please use a separate form for each topic and email to Kelly Ferris Lester at Kelly.lester@usm.edu.
