We have streamlined the registration process by reordering both questions and item selections. Please ensure you read all the information and questions listed on each page.
During Registration, We Will Collect:
- Contact Information: Provide details for the group representative.
- Group Contact information: Enter names and emails (e.g., Faculty, Student). If names are unknown, use placeholders (e.g., Faculty One, Student One).
- Student Representative Information
- Performance Spots:
- Adjudication (ACDA Members Only)
- Informal Concert Spots
- Additional Performance Opportunities
- RSVP for Faculty/Musician Social Event
- Preliminary Teaching, Research, and Panel Sign-Ups
- Payment
Outside of Registration, We Will Collect:
- Program Information For:
- Adjudication Program
- Informal Concert
- Screendance
- Faculty Concert
- Teaching, Research, & Panel Proposals
- Peer Response Sign-Up (ACDA Members Only)
Registrants will receive an email from the Conference Coordinator with links to submit program information and teaching proposals in early November. Links to these forms will also be available on the Faculty Representative’s Confirmation page.
ACDA members in Alaska and Hawaii are considered pan-region for conference registration and may register for any conference nationwide during in-region priority registration.
New ACDA Policy: 4 Week Submission Deadline for All Conference Attendee Information
All attendee-related materials must be submitted no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the conference, unless otherwise stated by the Conference Coordinator.
This includes:
- Teaching proposals
- Program information
- Music files
- Production Information
- Tech Forms
- Names and Contact information for all group participants
Important: Late submissions will not be accepted.
Institutions & individuals that do not meet the conference information deadlines will have missing information listed as “not submitted” or left blank in all conference materials — including concert programs.
Institutions that do not meet the production deadlines will be able to select a warm or cool wash for lighting and may (at the discretion of the Conference Technical Director) add their music files during their tech rehearsal. No additional time will be given during tech to accommodate these extra activities.
Exceptions to the due date may be made at the discretion of the host in consultation with the National Office.
Please plan accordingly to ensure all required materials are submitted on time.
How does ACDA conference registration work?
ACDA handles registration in waves:
- Super-Region Registration (October 8-14): Schools can register for any conference within their super region.
- All-Member Registration (October 15 & onward): Schools can register for any conference across the country, regardless of region or super region.
- Student Registration Caps Lifted (October 22): Schools can register additional students, space permitting.
- Non-Member Registration (October 29): Registration opens for non-members.
When to Register

| October 10, 2025 | Mid-Atlantic Region Only ACDA National Office will provide the Super Region 3 Passcode to the Mid-Atlantic Region. Mid-Atlantic members may use this passcode to register for Super Region 3 Conferences (East-Central, New England, Northeast), based on space availability. |
| October 15, 2025 | All Member Registration Opens Use National Passcode Sent by ACDA National Office |
| October 22, 2025 | Student Caps Are Lifted |
| October 29, 2025 | Non-Member Registration Opens No Passcode Needed |
| No Later Than 2 Weeks After Registering | Payment or Proof of Intention to Pay Due Within Two Weeks of Registration |
| December 15, 2025 | Full Payment Due |
| December 15, 2025 | Early Bird Registration Discount Ends |
| Late Registration Fees in Effect | +$25 Added to All Registration Fees |
