ACDA defines screendance as creative work conceived specifically for the digital screen integrating the arts and crafts of cinematography and choreography focused on the dancing body as the primary subject of creative expression.

Members: $105 per submission
Non-Members: $130 per submission
No submission limit per person or school

About the Screendance Workshops

Screendance Workshops – Registration Coming Fall 2025!

ACDA is proud to offer three virtual workshops led by experienced screendance artists and educators throughout the 2025–2026 academic year to support and grow the screendance field.

Workshops will be accessible, affordable, and tech-friendly, focusing on creative ways to work with widely available technology. Whether you’re new to screendance or looking to sharpen your craft, there’s something here for you!

Workshop Highlights:

  • 90–120 minutes per session
  • Live, virtual format
  • Led by experienced screendance artists and educators
  • Connect with colleagues and others in the field
