This year, ACDA is introducing a new registration process—conferences will open by Super Region rather than by individual region. What does this mean for you? On day one of registration, you’ll have the opportunity to register for any conference within your Super Region, giving you more flexibility and reducing the stress of securing a spot at the conference closest to you.

Super Region Registration Details:

• Use Super Region Passcode sent by the ACDA National Office
• Super Region Registration Opens at 9:00 am Local Time for the Conference

2026 Regional Conference Registration Dates 

• October 8, 2025 – Super Region Registration Opens 
  • 9:00 am PT; 10:00 am MT; 11:00 am CT; 12:00 pm ET
• October 15, 2025 – All Member Registration Opens 
  • 9:00 am PT; 10:00 am MT; 11:00 am CT; 12:00 pm ET
• October 22, 2025 – Student Caps are lifted
  • 9:00 am PT; 10:00 am MT; 11:00 am CT; 12:00 pm ET
• October 29, 2025 – Non-Member Registration Opens
