Brenau University is thrilled to host the 2026 ACDA Southeast Conference in Gainesville, GA — February 26–March 1, 2026! This year’s theme, “Still Here,” celebrates the resilience of dance in higher education despite challenges in arts funding.

✨ What’s New This Year:

•  High School Recruitment Day – Connect with prospective dance majors, showcase your program, and recruit the next generation.
•  Faculty & Guest Artist Concert – One curated piece per school (8–10 min) to highlight faculty or guest artist choreography.
• “CIPHER CODING” –  Dance cipher led by Julio Medina accompanying by DJ Beats by Bailey and Master Drummer Kofi Mawuko
• Bantaba – Feel your soul with the West African dance and drumming celebration with Master Drummer Kofi Mawuko
